Martin Barugahare

Currently, he is the Chief of the Independent Evaluation Unit, UN-Habitat. He holds a PhD, with distiction, in Project Management, a Master Degree in Biotechonology and a Bachelor of Science Degree. Before Joining the UN System in 2000, he taught at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (1991-1994) and Worked for Sida (1995-1999), He has published various articles in the field of biotechnology and various evaluation reports, norms and standards and guidance documents.
