Knowledge Services

Knowledge Management Support services provides tools and systems to offices for effective management and use of information. The office is responsible for implementing UN-Habitat Archives and Records Management (ARMS) policy through identification, preservation and provision of access to those records that document the history of UN-Habitat, management of intranet content, and provision of virtual Library Services.
