The Vancouver Declaration on Human Settlements

Aware that the conference was convened following recommendation of the United Nations Conference on the Human Envronment and subsequent resolutions of the General Assembly, particularly resolution 3128 (XXVIII) by which the nations of the settlements, particularly that which prevails in devloping countries.
