Norway Proposal: Localization of the international guidelines on urban and territorial planning

The project focuses on knowledge management, exchange of experience, tool development, monitoring and reporting at the global level, awareness raising, comparative evaluations, policy dialogue and capacity development at regional level and national and sub-national adaptation of the IG-UTP, the review and adjustment of the legal and regulatory framework, and the application of the adapted Guidelines to concrete city situations at country level.
