Final Notice on Non-Electronic Laissez-Passer Recall

All non-electronic LPs, regardless of expiration date, that have not yet been submitted for physical cancellation, are known to Interpol, and considered similar to a stolen travel document. As a consequence, staff and retirees risk possible delays at border crossings should they continue to use such non-electronic LPs.
