Coming Soon in August 2019: Consultants and Individual Contractors iNeed Self-Service
In the effort to improve our service provision, UNON’s HRMS Talent Management Section Consultants and Individual Contractors Support Desk will be adopting iNeed as its primary client liaison tool. iNeed will enable TMC to record, prioritize, manage and track your service request; and provide instant visibility to clients on the status of their submissions.
Currently, all requests are managed through a shared mailbox, UNON-HRMS Consultancies Requests. Once the iNeed catalogue for consultants and individual contractors (CIC) related requests is in the production environment, the shared mailbox will be closed.
Description
Self-service will be the new way to communicate with the HRMS/TMC/CIC Support Desk. Users will be able to submit requests through a web-based interface from which real-time monitoring and tracking of tickets can be done.
The new iNeed catalog will cover all services provided:
- General Enquires
- Job Openings: review and posting, extending and cancelling
- Purchase order processing (CIC contracts): new contracts and amendments to existing contracts
- Attestation Letters
- Inspira Access to the CIC module for staff
Pre-requisites
To have a Unite ID account.
Most of you will already have experience of using iNeed in relation to ICTS, BFMS and SPnB services – the look and feel will be the same of CIC iNeed self-service.
The channels for accessing iNeed will remain the same, through:
- icon on your desktop
- follow the link https://ineedservice.un.org
- i-Seek
- the Umoja portal landing page
